FORMER FRENCH AMBASSADOR EXPLAIN HOW SHE USED INFUENTIAL PEOPLE IN GHANA TO ‘SUPPRESS’ THE TRUTH

Former French ambassador – Anne Sofie Ave’ explained how she used Ghana as blueprint to suppress the truth about French colonial history in Africa.

In what she described as a successful approach, Anne stated emphatically that, she made good use of Ghanaian bloggers and influential people.

According to her, she built a community of these people who would go on spontaneous attack any time a story is shared on the French engagement in Africa. In return most of these young people were rewarded with Visas to France.

She explained that, her strategy created doubts in the minds of African youth. Her Account which was made during a conference in France was meant to advise other people on how to whitewash their terrible past histories in Africa.

Two years ago, EYEGAMBIA observed the worrying trend of how she was building so much influence in the Ghanaian community and reported accurately on the French strategy at the time.

As expected, that report was met with series of attacks from Ghanaian bloggers. Some went as far as reporting content across EYEGAMBIA’s platforms. How best can African youth prepare against these neo-colonial strategies to suppress the truth?
